Packaging
All our packaging is eco-friendly, designed carefully to reduce the environmental impact.
We only use recycled or recyclable materials. We avoid stickers and all forms of plastic. Our branding is carried out through manual stamping or screen printing processes.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our purpose is to make happy purchases happen and solve alternatives when necessary.
Devolution
We accept returns within 10 calendar days after delivery/physical purchase. We issue a voucher corresponding to the value, which will have a period of 60 days to use.
There is a possibility of refund when applicable.
Procedure
A return must comply with the following:
- The piece must be in the same condition, without showing signs of use or damage, accompanied by the label;
- We only accept within 10 calendar days after delivery/physical purchase;
- Moku is not responsible for any transportation cost, except if applicable;
- If you want to make a return, please contact us via geral.moku@gmail.com indicated: order code, part code and reason.
Exchanges
We carry out exchanges within a period of 15 running, respecting all the initial conditions of the piece. Moku is not responsible for transport costs unless applicable.
Moku reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges where the communication has been made outside the established deadline, or when the items that do not meet the same conditions in which they were purchased or have been acquired free of charge through competitions held by the brand .
