The order will be delivered to the carrier within 8-10 working days after purchase.
In promotional seasons this period may be longer.

When in stock, it can be delivered earlier.

We accept returns within a period of 10 calendar days after purchase/delivery. We issue a voucher corresponding to the value, which will have a period of 60 days to be used. We refund when justifiable. 

We carry out exchanges within a period of 15 consecutive days, respecting all the initial conditions of the piece.

Moku is not responsible for transport costs, except in specific situations.
